An entrepreneur is one who is ever-ready to face any expected and unexpected surprises from business and life. There are tens of such times when we we business people have to take hardest decisions and settle the priorities thoughtfully. And such multiple situations made me realize that the worst problems have simplest solutions. We just need to execute them and stay firm to temporary consequences.
I faced, Thought, implemented and …. whoaaa….walked through well.
I am just sharing some of my favorite business quotes that may inspire, rejuvenate and motivate many entrepreneurs in their good, rough and tough times.
Nolan Bushnell says, “The critical ingredient is getting off your butt and doing something. It’s as simple as that. A lot of people have ideas, but there are few who decide to do something about them now. Not tomorrow. Not next week. But today. The true entrepreneur is a doer, not a dreamer.”
Indeed true! Business is Gamble. More guts you have, more risk you take, more you learn and higher are the chances of success. I personally believe in a experimenting and doing today strategy.
Then I come to learning from sheer failures, negative feedbacks, rotten comments, bricks and bats. Bill Gates shares his thought saying, “You’re most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning”
Seriously, I get the utmost satisfaction when I win the customers back I lost before. It’s great to get into details of their unhappiness, what made them upset and how did I sort that kind of consumer category. You just don’t win a few customers but entire prospective category for the future.
Now something for newbies or sensitive yet ambitious entrepreneurs who’re a bit scared of failures, Richard Branson says, “Business opportunities are like buses, there’s always another one coming.” Why to worry then? If you’ve heat to reach heights, never lose your self-confidence. Probably, you may need it for the very next opportunity.
Well, I am very much willing to make series of this post but to close for the day, I believe in deals that make money for me as well as my customers. If I need my business running, I should keep my customers happy with an honest, ethical and comfortable business relationship. Like Norman Schwarzkopf thought matches mine, “I have found no greater satisfaction than achieving success through honest dealing and strict adherence to the view that, for you to gain, those you deal with should gain as well”
See ya soon
