I believe everybody sets up one or few new year resolutions but only few actually follow them entire year to forever. Though you don’t need the new year to quit something bad, start something good, take up a good cause, meet a goal or just anything then why to resolutions on new year? Probably my philosophy says; it’s a new start, so let’s begin the new calender with a new motivation and strength. Somehow it adds the determination as well. Okay, enough of sweet intro’s, lets get back to my resolution before I lose my determination to write further.

Personal Resolutions:-

I’ll control my personal expenses.
A proper budget calculator & system should help me. I’ll set my budget to Rs. 3000 every month. I’m afraid if I’ll meet it but then what’s the use of me being stubborn? No harm in trying to go even closer to Rs 3000. Pasta treat if I go even lower. Just so you know, how hard for me it is, my current personal expenses are around Rs. 20-30K.

Shopping only once a month limiting to Rs. 1500 at much of a need.
I’m a shopping buff, freak, crazy or whatever you call me. So whenever the shopping bee will bite me, either my car will be punctured or some important business will come up.

Will take minimum 8 hours sleep.
I’m gonna surely sort my migraine issue in 2011. Doctor asked me to have minimum 8 hours sleep, so NO work after one 1 AM.

My home renovation with minimal expenses.
It’s my old wish to renovate my place where I’m currently staying. For some reasons, I couldn’t do much of decor. I’ll post some before and after pic. Keep an eye.

Will have more control on anger & mood functions.
Though am a very patient girl, but still, I do get complaints for my bad anger unpredictable mood fluctuations. Gonna sort the attitude to a more patient and stable one.

Business Resolutions:-

Getting SERPholiC Media  Pvt. Ltd. to a level better than SEO Peace
It took almost 3 years to reach SEO Peace to the level it is today. I’m willing to have my newly launched company SERPholiC Media achieve this reputation by the end of 2011. Of course, I foresee SEO Peace to a much higher level by then.

Reaching a goal of 1 Million turnover by the end of 2011
I’d not hesitate working life hard to achieve this goal. And it’s not only me who’s confident but my wonderful staff of 50+ employees who’re simply wonderful to achieve just anything we want.

Building up a Century staff
I hope to see 100+ people in company by the end of 2011 as SERPholic is already in growing stage and we started web design and development with the beginning of 2011.

I will write minimum one post every week to this blog
No matter it is just 5 lines to share something but updating this blog once a week would be my hardest business resolutions. When you’re into business, it’s very easy to have time for everything else except yourself. Gotta prove this wrong.

I will plan and open a Food Chain
This is one of my dreams and I’ll put my 100% effort to have a successful venture this year. It can be a daunting job for me with no hotel management or industry experience, with lot of investment and with lot of risk, but.. I’m ready.

Social Resolutions:

I will squeeze my social space
I will assign my time and values to the right people. No time to creepy pretenders.

More of a habit to say NO when it needs to be
It’s hard to say NO to people who know, need at times and people who’re your good friends too. It’s taking a toll on my monthly expenses. I’ve been trying to avoid paying big bills on behalf of others for many days, avoiding unnecessary gifting when I don’t want to gift. But this attitude will grow stronger this year

More of Real me in social gatherings
I’m not a party girl but I do participate in outings when our group is together at times. I will be a real me all the times now.. leaving only Goody goody girl all the time.
